Wes,

There is an apparent, exploit being used with characters on your accounts. This exploit manifests itself as a gain in level within a one-minute interval. Could you elaborate upon the usage of these accounts, which might account for this abnormal behavior?

Respectfully,

I know you have no intention on releasing my accounts, so I have no intention on helping you figure how I legitimately built the characters. We have paid our monthly fees for a lot of accounts and if you don't want the money, then I don't want to give it to you.

Wes,

At no point have I taken a hostile stance toward you. Your demeanor is unwarranted. I have not accused you of anything, instead I have brought to your attention; what appears from our end to be a potential exploit. I am sorry you feel as though you are being treated improperly. Until such time that we can verify the irregular patterns displayed with your accounts, they must remain closed. Should you choose to elaborate on a potential explanation, this could help expedite the process of identifying the source
of this irrularity. If you have legitimately built your accounts then there is no cause for concern (nor hostility).

Should you chose to stand by your last response, kindly reply and I will ensure that the charges against your credit card are reversed for any outstanding game play balance.

I understand that you are providing a service via [deleted].com. This service is neither the issue that I am concerned with nor what I am trying to address with you here. You are considered to be a valued customer, and I would like nothing more than to assist you in achieving whatever your goal may be with playing "Anarchy Online" through legitimate game play mechanics as there were intended to be implemented.

As for your statement "I know you have no intention on releasing my accounts", I am quite impressed with your mind reading capabilities... ;-) However, you are mistaken. I am not certain as to your past interactions with other gaming companies, and would ask that you offer me an unbiased chance to disprove your fears. Let us both attempt to work together as professionals and come to an acceptable arrangement.

Respectfully,

Adam C. Young

You requested the macro we used to level the characters. The macro is based off pixel scanning and needs to be modified on a computer basis. To view the macro, you will need to download Macro Express from http://www.macros.com/download.htm

Just a heads up concerning intended changes that will effect your business. The new binary list parser is almost complete, and logging is being initiated for individuals posessing stacks of non-stackable items (historical stacks that have been duped). Those individual accounts will be banned for posession of illegal stacks, after 13.6. This is the current intention, which should be implemented tomorrow with 13.6 and a general warning to players who posess these stacks of item (non-stackable items). This may or may not be enforced upon Funcom's discression.
